Hello to everyone out there!
I'm a fellow student of Vollkorn. Inspired by the polyphasic sleep cycle he is experimenting with, i have started a little sleep experiment my self. Instead of a polyphasic sleep cycle I'm trying out the 28-Hour-Day. So what exactly is this kind of sleep cycle?
Basically this:

The whole experiment started Friday at 2 AM with going to bed. Going to bed at 2 AM was kinda nice because it fits my normal schedule. I woke up a few minutes before 10 AM without my alarm clock going of. Over the day i followed my work schedule.
I was getting really tired about 3 AM on Saturday, so i decided to go to bed at 5 AM staying 19 hours awake and sleep 9 hours.
I woke up at 1 PM fully rested and again without my alarm going off. I encountered the same problem as the night before about 4 AM at Sunday i was getting really really tired but i managed to stay awake. If this sill happens in the future maybe i will take a short nap, hopping to be a bit rested.
So i slept from Sunday 10 AM to 17 AM. I'm interested in how this will work out for me, if I'm keep getting tired at night i will switch back to my old, "normal", sleep cycle.
Thats all for the time being.
