Got to bed late so my coresleep ended at 7:30 am. Got up okay, but not being very productive this morning. Yawning all the time, but not going to fall asleep again any time soon.
Nap 1: Again I was very tired starting at about 11 am and then I overslept my nap by one hour. The alarm didn't help, I just slept on. Feeling not rested.
Nap 2: I wasn't tired enough to fall asleep. After trying twice and laying awake for a total of over 20 minutes I gave up and skipped this nap.
