I didn't feel tired at all and missed my bedtime. It wasn't until half an hour later, at 3 am, when I noticed the time. I slept well and got up easily this morning. It seems to me the one hour I overslept yesterday was a very restful sleep.
Nap 1: I had a hard time falling asleep and reset the alarm after 8 minutes. Then I had a quite okay sleep.
Nap 2: Since I went to the theater tonight at 8 pm I moved my second nap two hours ahead. I was at university though and it was a busy day at uni. So about 8 minutes into my nap I was woken up by a person coming into the room and sorting out tin cans. I reset my timer and tried sleeping again, but it was only one of those naps where you're not sure if you slept at all, but assume you did because the time passed quite quickly.
